Program Policies
Fresh Ice Hockey reserves the right to revoke a member's participation if registration thresholds are not met.
Revocation of Participation
In cases where registration numbers are insufficient, Fresh Ice Hockey may revoke participation to maintain the quality and viability of the program.
Program Suitability
Fresh Ice Hockey reserves the right to re-evaluate any participant to ensure suitability in the program for future events. This is to ensure all participants are in an environment that is conducive to their skill level and safety.
Equipment Requirements
All participants must adhere to the equipment requirements for safety and uniformity.

Application for Refunds, Withdrawals, or Cancellations
All requests for refunds, withdrawals, or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Fresh Ice Hockey Admin Office via email at info@freshicehockey.ca.

Force Majeure
Fresh Ice Hockey/Hockey Glace Fraîche commits to making reasonable efforts to deliver programs, tournaments, and products as scheduled. However, cancellations due to causes beyond our control, such as weather, fire, floods, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, riots, civil commotion, pandemics, explosions, industrial actions, lockouts, labor difficulties, wars, shortages of materials, and interruptions to transport or utility services, will result in a future credit for the full cost of the event, program, or product, excluding all sunk costs.
Injury Management and Procedures
We understand that injuries can be an unfortunate part of participating in sports, and we want to ensure that all players are well taken care of during the NHLKIDS event. Below is a summary of the procedures and policies for handling injuries that occur during or up to 90 days prior to the tournament.
